With small-group, weekly fitness classes with Zachary Williams, you’ll get exercises tailored to decreasing body fat and increasing confidence, while taking individual needs, injuries and goals into consideration

Slay The Weights

About Zack's Total Body Fitness

Small group exercise classes will take place on a terrace (weather permitting), or outdoors in a park. These functional fitness classes will feature the following types of exercises:

Metabolic Training

Circuit Training

Interval Training

The perfect recipe to seeing big results, fast.

These types of training methods are proven to burn fat and increase metabolism. Classes are suited for all levels and will focus on the following types of movements:

Basic Strength Movements

Conditioning Movements

Full body exercises that combine multiple
movements for building
strength and burning fat
Jumping, slamming balls, 
and battle ropes for 
cardiovascular health
and stamina

Building A Strong Foundation

Mobility and stability

Meet your coach - Zachary Williams

I’ve been working in the fitness and health industry since 2017 after receiving my B.S. in Exercise Science from Middle Tennessee State University. My exercise classes are specially designed to help you decrease body fat and improve energy–all with your unique, individual needs in mind.

 

I hold an ACSM-GEI (Group Exercise Instructor) certification in fitness and a FMS certification in functional movement systems. My number one goal is to help clients feel great physically, mentally and emotionally.
