Zachary Williams

EXERCISE SPECIALIST

 

Born in the 90s from Memphis, I moved to Middle Tennessee to study Exercise Science at Middle Tennessee State University. After graduating in Fall 2016, I have begun my journey as a fitness enthusiast by obtaining the Group Exercise Instructor Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine(ACSM), the First Aid/CPR/AED Certification from American Safety & Health Institute(ASHI) and a FMS Level 1 Operator from the Functional Movement Screen (FMS).

 

With that my goal is to not only discover exciting new fitness trends, but as your Exercise Specialist, identify your fitness goals, design a program that fit your needs and lead you through every workout.
