Black Men's Beard: Keep It Fit & Fresh


Leaving the gym with a dry, brittle beard is a quick way to hinder the stimulation of your beard follicles. This can lead to itchiness and severe breakage on your face. To combat this, you need a Pre/Post Beard Workout routine. After going on my own personal beard journey for help, I came across Black Men’s Beard on YouTube about a year and a half ago. Looking for tips, I found helpful information on many different topics in the African American community (Lifestyle changes, Motivation, Beard Food, etc..), the topic today however is mainly on maintaining a fit beard.


Now if you don't have somewhat of a beard, you'll get one eventually... Maybe when you're around 45 your body will produce a brand new beard. Or maybe your just stuck with a baby face for the rest of your life. Sooner or later when you get one, this blog will be right here waiting for you.


 


FIRST STEP

1. Before workout, seal in moisture w/ Beard Oil.

2. After workout, Co-Wash Beard.

3. Use Leave-In Moisturizing Conditioner.

4. Apply Beard Balm/Beard Oil *depending on time of day*
